Just back from a trip to Paris France and thought we would post some pictures and information. While in Paris one of the most popular cars was actually the Smart car and we even spotted many Brabus spec ones. They were everywhere and with the traffic and limited amount of car parking available they make good sense. This and the fact that fuel prices are nearly double compared to Australia.
Yes we saw plenty of Porsches, BMW and Mercedes especially the new S-Class, what a sled that is, especially in black with full tint outs. This is the number one vehicle for those wanting the mafia or celeb look on the streets.
Also on the Champs-Élysées which is the most prestigious and broadest avenue in Paris we spotted a few motoring showrooms. The Citroen showroom which was celebrating the 2007 WRC championship was a spectacular multi level display of the the Citroen rally cars. Also we ventured into the Peugeot showroom which displayed a few wild concept vehicles.
Both of these showrooms included shops where you could buy anything from key-rings to books, die-cast models and much more. Great to see this type of effort being put in for all the car enthusiasts out there.
