Subaru Impreza WRX STI 20th Anniversary is a limited edition for the Japanese market of which only 300 units will be made. The price was set at ¥4,126,500.

The Subaru will present a wide-range of modifications above and beyond the standard STI together with extraordinary badging and other exceptional touches.

The main upgrade has to do with the car’s handling. Special coilover dampers that provide a more rigid ride and faster transitions give the 20th Anniversary STI more bite, and a choice of color finish and 18inch cast aluminum wheels give the Subaru an unique and interesting appearance. A black lip spoiler gives a subtle but enhanced aggression to the front end, a black rear spoiler provides a useful bit of downforce, and special badging and door-sill plates substantiate that this is truly a special Subaru variant.

The interior gets more custom treatment with a set of Recaro seats highlighting cherry-red stitching and a leather shifter knob. Small but significant touches include cherry-red leather key fob pouch which helps in reminding the driver of the special nature of the car.
